- The account must be confirmed with the same email as you are writing us from in order to confirm your identity. Unconfirmed game accounts are not eligible for support.
- Scammed items are not eligible for support. You are responsible for your own ingame item management.
- Hacked or shared accounts are not eligible for support. Confirm your account via email and you won’t be able to be hacked even if somehow your account and password combination is known.
- Trading accounts and RMT is against the rules and at your own risk. Accounts related to these activities are not eligible for support.
